Getting Started

Place all waste on the 13-gal trash bin provided by us.
Tie your trash bags.
Double bag any pet waste.
Avoid placing any loose, sharp, or broken object.
Be mindful of double bagging any ripped trash bags.
Help us maintain a cleaner community by separating recyclable items.
Break down all cardboard boxes.

NO more unsafe night time walks to the dumpster in the rain.
NO more smelly diapers, food, or pet waste in the home.
AND NO more leaking trash bags.

We pick up all trash by the container which means, NO spills and NO sullied walkways.

We not only go from door to door, but we also make sure all your common areas are taken care of.
We collect waste from all the common areas, and we replace the trash bag from any of those trash cans. Our team members also walk and collect any trash seen on the parking lots.

All part of the same service no hidden fees!

Your property will be saving money while getting a much better service.

A team member will send out two text notifications upon arriving and departing to the property, so all residents know of their arrival, location, and ending of collection.
Once notification is received, all residents can place their bins outside their doors for collection.
The collection staff makes multiple trips on the property to ensure every resident's trash is collected.
After departing notification is sent, residents simply place their bins back inside and wait for the next service.
